Avoid the lines and the waiting—order
your Picnic-in-a-Basket ahead of time and enjoy a relaxing
meal in the North Star Trading Post! Just call in your order
24 hours in advance and a delicious lunch will be served right
when you get there.
The Picnic-in-a-Basket program offers three
packages that serve between 2-6 individuals. Each basket consists
of sandwiches, pasta salad, chips and ice-cold beverages.
A variety of desserts are also available for an additional
charge. You will also receive coupons for over $15 in savings
throughout the Zoo!
*Please note: you must call 24 hours in advance to place your order. Payment is due in advance at the time of the order by credit card only (we accept VISA, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover). All prices subject to sales tax.

All sandwiches are served with your choice of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and condiments on a fresh baked sub bun.

Due to basket size, only one additional meal may be added to each basket for $8.50.
Kid's meals** may be substituted for any adult meal.
An additional Picnic-In-A-Basket is recommended for groups larger than seven.
** Kid's Meal Substitution: Kid's meal consists of a peanut butter & jelly , ham or turkey sandwich, pretzels, raisins and a juice box. Comes in a souvenir lunch box!
