The welfare of our animals is our highest priority. Therefore the animal participation is under the discretion of the Zoo's animal staff.
All reservations are non-refundable. We are unable to issue exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made. Seating will be assigned by reservation. If you would like to sit with another party, please let us know as soon as possible. Regardless, you will likely be seated with other guests.
