Group Rates

The Toledo Zoo & Aquarium welcomes large groups all year round! Whether it’s an educational field trip, a youth club outing or a special group adventure, the Zoo provides a fun and engaging environment to explore our wildlife collection, learn about conservation and create lasting memories. We offer discounted admission rates for groups that meet certain criteria, helping educators and group leaders plan their Zoo visit.

Types of Groups

School Trips
To qualify as a school trip, your organization must be a registered K–12 program and provide your IRN verifying that you follow a state-mandated curriculum.

Youth trips have 20 or more guests in their party that are school-aged children who are not part of a state-mandated curriculum, such as daycare, preschool, summer camp or faith-based groups.

Large Groups

Group rates are available for parties purchasing 20 or more admission tickets in a single transaction. To receive the group rate, you must register in advance and submit one form of payment for the entire group.

Only chaperones paid on the school’s invoice are eligible for the school group rate. Any chaperones paying separately will not receive the school rate and will be required to pay full-price admission at the gate.
