Celebrate National Children’s Day at the Zoo with all the fun we can fit in one day!
Have a blast with character meet & greets, strolling & pop-up entertainment, animal feeds, Keeper talks, bounce houses, musical entertainment and visit our Kids’ Fun Zone in Nature’s Neighborhood for games, an animal show and more!
Safe Kids Greater Toledo will be here with lots of activities to raise awareness on keeping kids safe at home, on the road and at play!
As part of our Conda Family Zoo For All program, we will have quiet hour from 9 – 10 a.m. Visitors can enjoy the Zoo without added background noise and music. This opportunity is open to members, as well as non-members. You can also spend time at our Sensory Area, located in the ProMedica Museum of Natural History’s Mazza Room. This will be a quiet zone, with sensory-friendly activities and dedicated staff & volunteers available to assist in any sensory needs.
